Our workshop combines CNC milling, CNC turning and conventional turning capability, with capability to achieve in-house machining tolerances within 0.01 mm on suitable work and to work to GD&T-defined requirements. SolidWorks is used for 3D modelling and detailed engineering drawings, while trusted partners support precision grinding, heat treatment and other specialist processes where required.

For an efficient assessment, include any available drawings or 3D models, material specification, critical dimensions or tolerances, quantity, finish requirements and required delivery timeframe.
For suitable work, we can hold machining tolerances within 0.01 mm in house and work accurately to drawings specified using GD&T. Where tighter final tolerances are required, precision grinding can be arranged through specialist partners.
Yes. We use SolidWorks for 3D modelling and detailed engineering drawings, and can coordinate engineering design with prototyping and CNC manufacture.
Where a project needs processes beyond our in-house machining, we can coordinate specialist partner processes such as precision grinding, heat treatment and other requirements.
Our workshop has three CNC vertical machining centres with 4-axis capability and a working envelope up to 1,400 × 660 × 635 mm, four CNC turning centres with up to 650 mm swing and 2,100 mm between centres, plus four conventional lathes.
